Job Responsibility:

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Mechanic Helper to join our team. In this entry-level position, you will assist skilled mechanics in performing repairs and maintenance on various vehicles and machinery. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the automotive or mechanical field while contributing to a agile team setting.

Duties
Assist mechanics with routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
Help diagnose mechanical issues by observing and learning from experienced technicians.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.
Support the assembly and disassembly of vehicle components under the guidance of senior mechanics.
Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Participate in training sessions to enhance your mechanical knowledge and skills.

Skills
Basic understanding of automotive systems and mechanical principles is preferred but not required.




Strong willingness to learn and take direction from experienced mechanics.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with valuable communication skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects when necessary.
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
