Position Overview
As a Host / Hostess, you are the first point of contact for our guests. You set the tone for the dining experience by providing a warm welcome, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth seating flow in a rapid-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently
Maintain accurate waitlists and seating arrangements
Communicate effectively with servers and management to ensure smooth service
Provide excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries

A positive attitude and strong passion for hospitality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stay organized and composed under pressure
Team player with a strong work ethic
Previous hosting or customer service experience is an asset
