Recruiter

We’re looking for an experienced, results-driven Recruiter to help us identify, qualify, and place top talent with clients across the US and Canada.

This is a fully remote, performance-based opportunity ideal for recruiters who are confident in sourcing candidates, working with hiring managers, and closing placements.

Compensation
US Clients: USD $5,000 per successful placement
Canadian Clients: CAD $5,000 per successful placement
No cap on earnings. The more you close, the more you earn.

Responsibilities
Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn and other recruiting channels
Screen and evaluate candidates against client requirements
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Present robust candidates to clients
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
Manage the recruitment process through to successful placement




Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

Requirements
Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
LinkedIn Recruiter account preferred; LinkedIn Recruiter Lite is the minimum requirement
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Experience recruiting for US or Canadian companies is a robust plus
