Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Global Payroll Enablement operating rhythm
• Maintain recurring reporting and actionable team updates
• Draft internal communications like newsletters and updates




• Refresh SOPs and standardize documentation formats
• Enhance enablement content, training, and onboarding resources

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in project management or operations
• Agile in a fast-growth or startup setting
• Robust organizational and written communication skills
• Excellent time management across multiple projects
• Knowledge of global payroll or FinTech is a plus
