Sifton Properties Limited is hiring a full time Building Resident Manager in London, Ontario. This live-in role oversees daily building operations, coordinates with Maintenance, Leasing, and Leadership, and manages external contractors to provide an outstanding resident experience.
Responsibilities include responding to resident requests, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and performing minor repairs with the support of the maintenance team. Evening/weekend/on-call work may be required.
