Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, your work will concentrate on client assessment, therapy delivery, and community reintegration efforts, ensuring clients receive the best possible care tailored to their individual needs.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct interprofessional assessments for treatment recommendations
Provide therapeutic support through 1:1 and group sessions




Discuss complex cases during interdisciplinary rounds
Develop clinical documentation for effective case management
Collaborate with external healthcare providers and insurersRequirements:
Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario is essential
At least three years of relevant clinical experience
