Become a key player as a Foreman, managing excavation and earthmoving for significant wind farm initiatives. Your leadership and safety expertise will drive project success.As part of the Infrastructure team, you'll oversee large-scale projects that range from $1.5 million to over $1 billion. Your 8+ years of experience in civil engineering, including leadership as a foreman, will be crucial for supervising workers and coordinating subcontractors. You will ensure adherence to industry standards for health and safety, maintain work quality, and uphold environmental compliance at every stage of the project.Key Responsibilities:
Shape ongoing health and safety leadership in office
Directly supervise and guide worker performance




Manage all relevant technical and administrative paperwork
Coordinate with the superintendent for project planning
Maintain quality assurance throughout the construction phasesRequirements:
8+ years in civil engineering field
2 years as a foreman in excavation or similar
Possess a valid CCQ card and Class 5 license
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
