As a key part of the shelter and transitional housing team, the Team Support role demands compassion, organization, and a respectful approach to Anishinaabe culture. Under the Shelter & Transitional Housing Manager's supervision, you'll perform administrative duties, greet clients, and ensure a welcoming setting, all while adhering to confidentiality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a welcoming and respectful atmosphere for all clients
• Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and provide referrals
• Safeguard client information with utmost confidentiality




• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of common areas
• Monitor and manage office supplies inventory
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in a similar position
• Experience with Anishinaabe social services preferred
• Background in customer service is an asset
• Valid Driver's License with a reliable vehicle
• Willingness to obtain First Aid and CPR certifications
