ESC Corporate Services is seeking a Customer Recovery Operator in Etobicoke, Ontario, to provide exceptional redemption service while working in a hybrid mode. Leverage your collections experience and customer service skills to enhance client relations.
In this full time permanent position, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, efficiently managing calls and ensuring redemption processes are executed flawlessly. Your role will also involve de-escalating conflicts and liaising with Recovery Representatives to secure necessary documentation and maintain compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer customer calls and identify service requirements
• Handle conflicts and ensure timely resolutions




• Collaborate with teams to gather essential documents
• Schedule meetings for redemption processes
• Complete all required paperwork accurately
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Collections or related field
• 3+ years of customer service experience, including Collections
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Robust communication skills and calm under pressure
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
