Our client is seeking a highly organized Supply Chain Administrator to support the Senior Director of Supply Chain in a fast-paced distribution setting, on a 14 month contract. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating operations, managing multiple priorities, and supporting leadership with reporting, communication, and process improvements.

You will play a key role in helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the supply chain team.

Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to the Senior Director of Supply Chain
Coordinate reports, schedules, and internal communications
Support month-end program administration and reporting
Track attendance metrics and prepare leadership summaries
Assist with coordination of temporary workforce staffing and reporting
Liaise with facility vendors and service providers to coordinate building maintenance




Maintain safety documentation (MSDS / WHMIS) and internal document systems
Support material receiving and assist with work order review for Accounts Payable

What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of administrative or operational support experience
Solid organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
Experience in warehouse, distribution, or industrial environments is an asset

This role is on-site, Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.

This role is a one year contract.
