The Chance
The Maintenance Technician is a part of a building operations team and will assist in performing assigned duties related to the maintenance and repair activities within a retail mall or complex of buildings. The Maintenance Technician may be sole operator of a building of modest size and level complexity as it relates to building systems and tenant demands.

What You Will Do

Scheduled preventative maintenance.

Occupational health and safety.

Interact with Tenants.

Management of hazardous materials.

Lighting and plumbing.

Roof maintenance.

Housekeeping and cleaning duties, including sweeping, snow shoveling, pressure washing, window washing and other related duties.

The Maintenance Technician Level 2 requires a reasonably broad base of skills, attributes, and knowledge

Simple administrative skills and ensure operations records, files and documentation are maintained accurately, timely and in accordance with established procedures.

Who You Are

Technical Qualifications

Work experience in commercial / retail building operations an asset but not a requirement.

IT Skills

Entry level use of Microsoft Office

Police Clearance

A criminal verification check is required for employment.
