This full-time position involves collaborating with a compassionate team while reporting to the Director of Care. Your role will include helping residents with daily routines, observing their health, implementing care plans, and engaging in quality assurance activities. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and meals
• Conduct regular health observations and report to RN
• Administer medications as directed by the healthcare team




• Collaborate in developing and refining individualized care plans
• Ensure a protected and hygienic environment for residents

Requirements:
• Valid certificate from the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Experience in Long-Term Care advantageous
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Dedication to continuous learning and competency improvement
