This full-time, on-site role emphasizes working in a team of Dynamics 365 experts. You will engage in client interactions to craft customized solutions. Your responsibilities also include implementing Microsoft.NET technologies to enhance the customer service experience using AI and agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement Dynamics 365 solutions based on client needs
• Design Microsoft .NET solutions to enhance case management
• Leverage AI to refine development and testing practices




• Collaborate in a hybrid-agile work workplace
• Represent MNP in community-focused events

Requirements:
• 3 years of CRM or case management solution experience
• 2 years using Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform
• Proficient in Power Pages, Function Apps, and Logic Apps
• Understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Ability to travel locally and across Canada
