Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver bilingual benefits and retirement program support

• Draft and publish engaging communications
• Manage inquiries through ServiceNow effectively
• Produce reports that support decision-making

Requirements:
• 4 years' experience in group benefits roles
• Fluency in both English and French
• Expertise in Excel for data management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communicator across various teams
