As a Student Intervention Officer, you will be at the heart of targeted support, working closely with students who need focused behavioural, pastoral and attendance interventions to succeed in school. You will build solid, trusting relationships that enable students to re-engage with learning, modelling respect in every interaction while setting explicit expectations that encourage responsibility and growth.
You will use your initiative and qualified judgement to identify barriers, implement effective intervention strategies and monitor their impact. Working collaboratively with teaching staff, pastoral teams and families, you will play a key role in improving outcomes for students by ensuring they feel supported, challenged and motivated to achieve their ambitions.
