• Maintain the breakfast buffet while following brand requirements
• Prepare and arrange cold and hot food items
• Stock coffee, juice, and milk throughout service
• Explicit and sanitize tables as guests depart
• Assist the General Manager with inventory and ordering

Requirements:
• High school education or equivalent experience
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Availability for morning shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Serve safe certification is an asset
