The Role
We are adding a Production Supervisor for a Monday to Friday night shift. Reporting to the Senior Production Manager, the successful candidate will:

Provide coaching, guidance, leadership and direction to operational and production staff.

Exercise authority to ensure policies and procedures are followed and time frames are met.

Utilize excellent people‑management and communication skills to build effective staff and organizational relationships.

Maintain high attention to detail and quality, time‑management and organizational skills,



and meet cost and schedule requirements.

Qualifications

3-5 years of supervisory experience in a deadline‑driven, quick‑paced environment.

Above-average computer skills.

Experience and/or training in production is an asset.
