Silent-Aire is a technology driven company that designs, engineers and manufactures hyperscale cooling and modular data center solutions.This role is located at our facility in Nisku and you must have a reliable transportation to commute.**Roles & Responsibilities*** Create and Maintain QA/QC control documentation.* Document Control – organize all inspection documentation papers and online photos provided by inspectors.* Daily inspection of in process units: ensure sealing is completed, no missing parts, and all other in process inspections are of high quality.* Ensure productions are inspected as determined by company requirements, checking of paperwork.* Daily inspection of paperwork for all in process units and report any deficiencies to Quality Supervisor.* Complete sub assembly inspections such as: motor, coil, evap., furnace,



and paint.* Complete unit final inspections.* Review inspection documents and make unit packages.* Report any observed safety issues to the Safety Coach or Safety Coordinator.* Assist with education of other inspectors and production team members.* Inspect drawings and marking/breaking work and ensure it is correct.* Assist marking with Engineering changes where drawings are not correct and submit to Quality Supervisor.* Inspect all aspect of units with the appropriate forms from the beginning to the end and record all discrepancies.* Organize all inspection documentation papers and online photos.* Performs all duties in accordance with Silent-Aire Limited Partnership safety program standards and Alberta Occupational Health and Safety Act, Regulations, and Code.* Other duties as required.**Working Conditions*** Commercial/Industrial setting.* Exercise caution, as the environment presents many naturally occurring hazards.* Always adhere to safety policies (wear protective equipment).* Long periods of standing.* Overtime as required
