Create recent patient profiles in EPIC accurately
Schedule appointments based on priority and wait times
Input and update electronic referrals in Epic
Collect payments and complete Fee For Service forms
Greet patients and ensure a welcoming workplace Requirements:
Secondary School Graduation Diploma is essential
About 6 months of related experience required
Knowledge of Epic and Cadence software
Bilingualism in French and English is essential
