This energetic role involves mentoring youth aged 13–15 in the Event Lab program. Responsibilities include facilitating workshops in leadership and financial literacy, guiding the execution of community events, and fostering a sense of belonging. Your efforts will help enhance their teamwork and life skills over the summer from June 22 to August 14.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate workshops focused on leadership and event planning
• Supervise and mentor youth participants effectively
• Lead the planning of community events with youth




• Design inclusive programming that promotes engagement
• Maintain safety and professionalism in all activities

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in youth settings
• Workshop facilitation expertise
• Polished organizational and communication skills
• Current First Aid & CPR-C certification
• Recent Police Reference Check required
