Elevate operational success as the Associate Director, Operations with Otipemisiwak Métis Government in Edmonton. This role leads strategic delivery in Education, Training, and Research.

Reporting to the Director of Education, Training, and Research, you will ensure effective program operations and strategic alignment. The position focuses on financial management, process improvements, and leadership for the operational staff. A candidate with a solid understanding of Indigenous issues and education is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support ETR operational needs and communications
• Monitor and improve operational performance
• Oversee IT service delivery and resource management
• Implement policies that promote compliance and accountability




• Foster collaboration within teams and departments

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field required
• 5+ years in operations management, ideally with governmental or multi-program background
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing budgets
