Your Main Responsibilities
Guide customers in selecting the right products (doors and windows)
Build trusting relationships and recommend solutions tailored to their projects
Prepare quotes and ensure thorough follow-up on customer requests
Visit customers at home to assess their needs and take measurements
Negotiate and close sales professionally
Provide complete follow-up through installation to ensure customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
Sales experience and robust negotiation skills
Knowledge of doors and windows or a related industry is an asset
Knowledge of permits and renovation requirements in the Montreal area
Motivation to meet and exceed targets
Energetic, self-motivated, and customer-focused
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital tools
Valid driver’s licence (frequent travel required)
Availability to work Saturdays during peak season on a rotating schedule
Fluency in French and a good command of English to serve English-speaking customers is an asset
