Manage the annual budgeting process for all departments
Deliver insightful quarterly reforecast reports
Provide costing analysis for capital projects
Develop self-service reporting tools for leaders
Support the Financial Analyst’s development and leadershipRequirements:
Educational background in Finance or Accounting
5+ years of FP&A; and business insight experience
Advanced skills in BI/dashboard creation
Effective interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration
