As a supervisor, your responsibilities will include overseeing the distribution network's safe operation 24/7 and guiding staff through emergency protocols. You will utilize technologies such as OMS, SCADA, and GIS while ensuring compliance with various safety regulations and operational standards. Your expertise will be critical in outage management and maintaining communication with stakeholders in system events.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead day-to-day network operations and emergency response
• Coach staff during abnormal operating conditions
• Authorize technical switching and work protection requests




• Monitor power quality and eliminate system overloads
• Collaborate on system reliability tracking and reporting

Requirements:
• College Diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology or related
• 5+ years' experience in distribution system operations
• Proven supervisory or senior controller background
• Ability to work shifts, including emergency call-outs
• Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license
