Applicants should hold NSWOC certification and have a minimum of two years of experience in a related setting. Your responsibilities will include patient assessments, educating families, and coordinating virtual visits efficiently.Key Responsibilities:
Assess and plan care for wound and ostomy patients
Conduct documented debridement procedures
Educate families on nursing care and management
Organize virtual consultations when applicable
Maintain documentation accuracy using mobile toolsRequirements:
Current RN registration with a provincial body
Certification as NSWOC or equivalent
Two years of experience in wound care
Valid driver’s license and insurance
