Manage systems for HVAC, fire safety, and plumbing
Oversee project management of renovations and upgrades
Support teams of maintenance and janitorial staff




Develop maintenance contracts and emergency protocols
Track budget expenses and negotiate contractsRequirements:
7+ years of progressive facility management experience
Bachelor’s degree relevant to the field
Robust negotiation and vendor management abilities
Proven success in delivering large facility projects
