Qualifications

- Registered Nurse Practitioner in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
- Minimum 1 year of Nurse Practitioner experience (primary care preferred)
- Authorized to work in Canada
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- EMR experience an asset
