Pharmasave #428 is looking for a full time Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in Melfort, Saskatchewan.

Responsibilities
Support pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in providing patient-focused care.
Assist with prescription data entry, labelling, packaging, and medication preparation.
Greet customers and handle phone inquiries professionally.
Process insurance claims and assist with prescription transfers.
Receive, stock, and maintain medication and supply inventory.
Keep the pharmacy clean, organized, and compliant with regulations.
Perform administrative and operational duties as required.

Qualifications
1 to 3 years of retail pharmacy experience preferred.
Proficiency with Kroll and prescription data entry.
Knowledge of Pharmacare, insurance billing, and clinical service flagging.
Pharmacy Assistant certification/training is an asset.




Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes as needed.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours per week
Shifts scheduled: Monday to Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Sunday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Flexibility to work within these hours is required.
