CMI Concierge & Security Inc. is seeking a full time Building Manager for a residential strata in Vancouver (False Creek). You will manage day-to-day operations, maintain the building, and handle janitorial tasks to ensure residents enjoy an excellent living environment.
The role requires a proactive, customer-focused approach with robust communication skills and comfort using tech tools. Schedule is 40 hours weekly, Monday–Friday, 8 am–4 pm, with advantages after 3 months.
