Provide dedicated care to residents as a Personal Support Worker with AgeCare. Help create a safe, secure environment while following established care plans and enhancing residents' lives. As a Personal Support Worker at AgeCare, you will engage directly with residents, assist in monitoring their care, and ensure adherence to individual care plans. Your role includes documenting care-related information and participating in ongoing training and staff meetings. Supporting recent hires and observing infection control protocols are also key aspects of this position. Key Responsibilities:
