Responsibilities

Create, edit, and mix multi-track audio projects using Ardour or LMMS as the primary DAW.

Demonstrate authentic end-to-end audio production workflows, from initial concept to polished final mix.

Showcase creative experimentation, layering techniques, and real-time refinements during production sessions.

Apply professional mixing techniques to enhance clarity, balance, dynamics, and overall sound quality.

Clearly document and explain creative decisions and workflow rationale in written and verbal formats.

Collaborate remotely with team members to meet project goals and provide constructive feedback.

Ensure final outputs meet skilled standards for audio quality and artistic integrity.

Requirements





Proven hands-on experience with Ardour and/or LMMS in professional or semi-skilled environments.

Solid understanding of audio editing, mixing, and music production workflows.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to build complete tracks or mixes from scratch, including layering and refinement.

High attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality audio assets.

Comfortable working independently in a remote team setting.

Adaptable and capable of handling evolving creative directions.
