Imagine leading transformative services as the Director at Catholic Social Services in Edmonton, Alberta. This permanent, full time role is pivotal for delivering our mission and supporting community impact.

Reporting to the Vice President, you will oversee operational strategies for Children, Family, and Community Services. Emphasizing a collaborative and accountable team culture, you’ll guide program development and strengthen stakeholder relationships to respond effectively to community challenges. Your strong judgment and emotional intelligence will be essential in navigating complex situations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive alignment of service areas with agency values
• Develop strategies to improve client outcomes




• Engage with community partners and stakeholders
• Oversee operational management and financial stewardship
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance practices

Requirements:
• Human services degree; Master’s is an asset
• At least seven years leadership experience
• Capability in program performance and management
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
• Class 5 driver’s license for necessary travel
