This role is suitable for a specialist with strong experience in corporate and contract law who is able to work in an international environment and confidently handle legal issues in the areas of digital finance, compliance, and the company's operations.

About the Role In this role, you will support Assetara's contractual and corporate work, prepare and review legal documents, participate in the coordination of internal and external materials, and assist the company's teams in making the right decisions on current legal issues. The main focus of the position is to provide high-quality legal support for the company's daily activities and ensure the legal stability of business processes.
Legal Counsel will be involved in matters related to contracts, compliance, data protection, KYC/AML, internal policies, partnership agreements, and legal assessment of new initiatives. Accuracy, independence, strong legal writing skills, and the ability to work with international documentation in a structured business environment are significant in this role.
Requirements
5+ years of legal experience in corporate law, commercial law, regulatory legal support or related areas.
Strong experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and legal documents.
Experience supporting day-to-day business operations from a legal perspective.
Good understanding of international legal documentation and cross-border business matters.
Ability to work with compliance-related topics, including AML, KYC, privacy and regulatory documentation.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and professional judgment.
Ability to communicate legal matters clearly to business stakeholders.
High level of responsibility, discretion and independence.
Interest in fintech, blockchain, digital assets or technology-driven business models.
Professional working proficiency in English.
