We are seeking a versatile superintendent to oversee and coordinate small- to medium-sized commercial construction projects.
Have 3 to 5 years of experience in a superintendent position
Be available to perform work requiring lodging from time to time (an asset)
Demonstrate autonomy, versatility, and rigor

Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate work on commercial construction sites
Plan and monitor the progress of work
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Ensure compliance with schedules and plans
Control the quality of completed work
Perform various carpentry work as needed
Ensure good coordination among the various stakeholders on site

Employment Conditions
Full-time and permanent position
Monday to Friday schedule
