Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily accounting operations, including AP, AR,



and month-end close • Prepare financial statements and management reports • Conduct budgeting and cash flow management activities • Enhance accounting policies and internal controls • Identify improvements for efficiency and accuracy in processes

Requirements: • Minimum of 8 years in property accounting within real estate • Comprehensive understanding of financial reporting and full-cycle accounting • Demonstrated ability to implement current systems and processes • Solid leadership and problem-solving skills • Experience mentoring accounting staff preferred
