Manage the full freight claims process and OS&D; concerns
Analyze claims liability and facilitate resolutions
Partner with operations and carriers to address freight discrepancies




Keep track of claims trends and propose improvements
Ensure accurate documentation and policy complianceRequirements:
At least 5 years in freight claims or LTL logistics
Solid knowledge of claims procedures and investigations
Experience with OS&D; and damaged freight resolution
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a busy setting
