You will be responsible for providing a range of administrative support to the Vice President, Finance and CFO, contributing to effective time management and the preparation of reports and meeting materials. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and prioritize the executive’s calendar and meetings
• Prepare and organize confidential documents and presentations
• Facilitate meetings and conferences effectively
• Assist in tracking budgets and processing invoices
• Coordinate travel arrangements and expense management
Requirements:
• Grade twelve diploma or equivalent in administration
• Minimum 3-5 years supporting senior executives
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills required
• Ability to type at least 50 wpm
• Financial background is a plus
