As the National Fundraising Manager, you will be part of the senior management team, directly reporting to the Director of Fundraising. Your work will include creating effective fundraising strategies and engaging community stakeholders while ensuring the success of various initiatives across Canada. You'll play a vital role in increasing Islamic Relief's visibility and resources through strong relationships with donors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead annual fundraising planning and strategy development
• Collaborate on major fundraising initiatives and community engagement




• Identify new income streams and develop cost-effective budgets
• Mentor regional fundraising staff and manage departmental objectives
• Monitor KPIs and report progress to leadership

Requirements:
• 5+ years of management experience in nonprofit fundraising
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
• Proven success in developing community stakeholder relationships
