We are seeking experienced EIFS Technicians who take pride in their workmanship and understand full system installation. You will work independently or lead small tasks within a crew, ensuring that high-quality materials are used efficiently for project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Complete full EIFS system installations independently
• Measure, cut, and install insulation boards accurately
• Apply finish coats and decorative trims with precision
• Maintain a safe work environment, adhering to safety standards
• Support apprentices and labourers effectively

Requirements:
• 3–5 years of EIFS/Synthetic Stucco experience
• Proven ability to complete installations independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong understanding of weatherproofing and flashing systems
• WHMIS and Fall Protection certifications preferred
