In this position, the Space Planner will collaborate with clients to create short- and long-range plans for facility utilization. Key skills include 3D visualizations, AutoCAD expertise, and a solid understanding of the real estate business. You will analyze space usage and offer cost-effective solutions while ensuring the client's objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify priority needs for space changes and relocations
• Develop strategic occupancy and utilization plans
• Create 3D renderings for client presentations




• Analyze CAFM system outputs for space evaluations
• Collaborate with internal teams for successful implementation

Requirements:
• Interior Design accreditation required
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Experience in facilities office planning
• Robust analytical and communication skills
• Familiarity with leasing structures and building codes
