As part of Aeromag's Corporate team, you will play a vital role in processing end-to-end payroll. You will manage payroll transactions and support seasonal employee administration. Key Responsibilities:
• Process payroll for various employee types
• Validate payroll transactions accurately
• Maintain accurate vacation and leave records
• Prepare reports and analytics for various departments
• Support month-end and year-end activities

Requirements:
• At least 2 years as a Payroll Specialist
• Valid payroll certification (PCP or equivalent)
• Solid experience with ADP Workforce Now
• Familiar with Canadian, US, and UK payroll
• Effective communication in English and French
