Join Forbes Bros. Group as a Material Coordinator for a large-scale transmission project in the North Central U.S. Your expertise in materials logistics will ensure seamless project execution and material flow.

In this role reporting to the Procurement & Materials Manager, you will facilitate project-level materials coordination, including handling, storage, and delivery across multiple laydown yards. Your collaboration with Construction and Quality Coordinators will ensure compliance and traceability of materials as per Company Supply Chain Management standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate material receipt and distribution across laydown yards
• Track material availability and prevent shortages or conflicts
• Maintain accurate inventories and support traceability requirements




• Collaborate with logistics providers for timely material handling
• Provide updates on material status to the project team

Requirements:
• High School Diploma required; related certification preferred
• 3–5 years of experience in materials coordination
• Familiarity with construction logistics and inventory systems
• Robust organizational skills and detail-oriented approach
• Ability to work on a rotational schedule with operational teams
