Key Responsibilities:
• Provide holistic, culturally appropriate patient-centered care
• Establish therapeutic relationships with patients and families




• Collaborate with inter-professional teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Organize and prioritize nursing care based on patient needs
• Support discharge planning and care continuity

Requirements:
• RPN Diploma and current registration with CNO
• Recent clinical experience in acute mental health
• Effective therapeutic communication skills
