In this role, you will successfully direct the planning, design, and execution of facilities projects at Lions Gate Hospital. You will act as the single point of contact for stakeholders, oversee project charters, and ensure compliance with regulations and standards while managing timelines and budgets. Your ability to lead meetings and engage with diverse teams will be essential for project success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct planning and implementation of facilities projects
• Liaise with stakeholders on project status and concerns
• Monitor adherence to project scope and budget




• Lead meetings to drive decision-making and documentation
• Manage contracts and consultant obligations

Requirements:
• Diploma in Architectural or Engineering Technology
• 5-7 years of project management experience
• Comprehensive understanding of project planning processes
• Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and specifications
• Robust aptitude for team direction and supervision
