Healing Roots Therapy is searching for an experienced therapist with EMDR certification and a commitment to patient-centered care. This role requires the ability to engage effectively with adolescents and adults and foster robust therapeutic relationships. You will manage a diverse caseload within a trauma-informed setting, delivering thoughtful, structured care tailored to individual client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a caseload of 15 clients weekly
• Conduct initial intake sessions to assess client needs




• Implement EMDR and stabilization strategies effectively
• Provide accurate, timely documentation and records
• Collaborate in case consultation and clinical meetings

Requirements:
• Master's in Counselling/Psychotherapy or related field
• Registration with CRPO or CPBAO
• EMDR Certification considered an asset
• At least 1 year of post-graduate experience
• Experience treating trauma and mental health issues
