This role requires you to provide significant support to Early Childhood Educators and Developmental Workers, promoting high-quality programming that meets developmental needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee high-quality early learning implementations
• Guide ECEs and DWs in developmentally appropriate activities
• Ensure adherence to child supervision policies
• Model inclusive education practices
• Support collaborations with parents during assessments

Requirements:
• Completion of an Early Childhood Education Diploma (Level III)
• Minimum of two years related experience
• First Aid/CPR Certification
• Experience with emergent curriculum preferred
• Valid driver's license
