Amica is seeking a passionate Wellness Director to oversee the Wellness Department. You will enhance residents' lives by implementing effective health-related programs. Leveraging your leadership skills, you will manage compliance, assessments, and personalized care plans to meet each resident's needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Nursing, Infection Control, and Quality Assurance programs
• Develop effective service delivery methods for accountability
• Assess new residents' care needs within 30 days of move-in
• Maintain personalized plans of care tailored to residents




• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team for holistic care plans

Requirements:
• RPN or RN certification, in good standing with licensing body
• 5+ years of nursing experience, with 3+ years in management
• Solid knowledge of senior care regulations and practices
• Proficiency in MS Office and medical record systems
• First Aid and CPR certification required
