As the primary HR contact, you will partner closely with leaders and associates to manage recruitment, performance oversight, and HR operations. This full-time role focuses on employee engagement initiatives, onboarding, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Your expertise will significantly contribute to a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main HR resource for Brampton MDC
• Lead full-cycle recruitment and staffing activities
• Conduct workplace investigations and support compliance




• Develop training programs for current hires and onboarding
• Partner with leaders on performance and attendance management

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources or similar
• Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience
• Knowledge of Ontario employment legislation
• Experience with workplace investigations and recruitment
• CHRP designation considered an asset
