Key Responsibilities:
• Manage nursing and health-related service delivery
• Assess and personalize care plans within 30 days of resident arrival




• Organize educational programs for Wellness staff
• Collaborate with teams to develop care strategies
• Plan and monitor budget for department

Requirements:
• Valid RPN or RN certification
• Over 5 years of nursing experience, 3+ in leadership
• Completed First Aid and CPR certifications
• Knowledgeable in senior care and dementia
• Familiarity with MS Office and medical record systems
