As the Lodge Manager, you will oversee service and operations to ensure every guest has a memorable stay in the beautiful Adamants area. Solid leadership, hospitality expertise, and a passion for mountain experiences are key to thriving in this role. Collaborate with senior staff to manage operations while inspiring your team and meeting financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high standards in hospitality and guest service
• Serve as primary contact and host for lodge guests
• Lead staff performance management and coaching




• Maintain accurate guest records and billing systems
• Foster teamwork and communication across departments

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Hospitality or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ leadership experience in hospitality
• Valid Food Safe and Serving It Right certifications
• Experience with hotel management systems preferred
• Strong organizational and public speaking skills
